Alpha supports optional Insurance Billing for in-network providers who are already paneled and ready to submit claims, including eligibility and ERA-style payment notices in TheraPrac. The Insurance Billing subscription is waived for one organization NPI; Insurance Transaction Fees still apply. If your payer mix or region isn’t supported yet, we’ll tell you candidly during the application.
Alpha practices keep their included free-for-life benefits after beta and public launch. Transaction and usage-based fees still apply at standard rates. No surprise changes. No upgrades forced.
