Private Beta practices lock in 25% off Core EHR subscription fees (Simple or Clinical) for every provider, for as long as they stay continuously subscribed. Telehealth, TheraPrac Pay, and Insurance Billing use standard rates — no waivers. See the Founding Rate Policy.
TheraPrac supports optional Insurance Billing for in-network providers who are already paneled and ready to submit claims, including eligibility and ERA-style payment notices. Insurance Billing is billed at standard rates under Private Beta. If your payer mix or region isn’t supported yet, we’ll tell you candidly during the application.
The Alpha Program closed to new practices on August 1, 2026. Founding Alpha practices keep their free-for-life terms. Practices joining now enroll in Private Beta instead. Alpha Free-for-Life Policy (historical reference).
