TheraPrac Subscription Plans

Note: Subscription pricing is per provider per month unless otherwise stated.
Certain add-ons, such as TheraPrac Pay, are priced per tenant and/or per transaction.

Telehealth Add-On (Per Provider Per Month)

A "minute" is counted per participant on the call.
Example: a 60-minute two-person session uses 120 minutes of included time.

Telehealth Fair-Use Policy

Telehealth Unlimited is designed to support the full caseload of an individual provider. To maintain high-quality performance for all users, "unlimited" includes a fair-use threshold of approximately 16,000 participant minutes per provider per month.

Most providers never approach this level of usage.
If a provider consistently exceeds the fair-use threshold, we will reach out to review usage and determine whether a higher-capacity or custom telehealth configuration is appropriate. Our goal is always to support uninterrupted care for your clients.

TheraPrac Pay Add-On (Per Tenant)

TheraPrac Pay is optional and only required if you accept payments through TheraPrac.

TheraPrac Pay enables secure client payments, receipts, refunds, payouts, and audit-ready transaction tracking for the practice. It is required only if you accept card payments and serves as the foundation for future insurance payment capabilities.

TheraPrac Pay Platform Fees

TheraPrac Pay platform fees consist of a monthly tenant fee and per-transaction fees.

Payment Processing Fees (Pass-Through)

Payment processing fees are charged by the underlying payment processor and passed through at cost. These fees vary by payment method, card type, and region.

Typical processor fees include:

  • Per-transaction percentage
  • Per-transaction fixed amount
  • Card network assessments
  • Dispute and chargeback fees

Processor fees are separate from TheraPrac platform fees and are not discounted.

Discount Applicability

Annual billing discounts and volume discounts apply to subscription fees only.
TheraPrac Pay platform fees, transaction fees, payment processing fees, and other usage-based charges are excluded from discounts.

Volume Discounts

We offer volume discounts for clinics with 5 or more providers.

  • 5–9 providers: 5% off
  • 10+ providers: 10% off

Volume discounts apply to subscription fees only.

Discount Stacking Policy

Volume discounts and annual billing discounts do not combine.
Practices receive whichever discount is greater.

Pricing FAQs

Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly plans can be canceled at any time. Annual plans are billed upfront and lock in discounted pricing for 12 months.

Do discounts apply to transaction fees?
No. Discounts apply only to subscription fees. Usage-based and transaction-based fees are excluded.

When do I need TheraPrac Pay?
TheraPrac Pay is required to accept card payments from clients. Practices that do not collect payments through TheraPrac do not need this add-on.

Can I change plans or add-ons later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or add features at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Will my pricing change unexpectedly?
No. Subscription pricing remains stable unless you change plans or add features. Any future pricing changes will be communicated in advance.
