What Is the TheraPrac Alpha Program?
The TheraPrac Alpha Program is a private, invite-only early access program for solo and small practices.
Alpha participants use TheraPrac with real clients and real workflows while helping shape the product before public launch.
This is not a demo. It is production software, released early to a small group on purpose.
What Alpha Supports Today
Alpha currently focuses on workflows that are stable and actively used:
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Client reminders
- Secure client records and attachments
- Session notes (SOAP-style or freeform)
- Built-in Telehealth with one-time session links (no client login required)
- Optional payments for self-pay clients via TheraPrac Pay
These workflows are intentionally scoped to stay simple, fast, and reliable.
What We’re Building Next
TheraPrac is being built in phases.
Future areas of focus include:
- Charge capture and visit accounting
- Insurance-related workflows (eligibility, claims, payments)
- Expanded reporting and reconciliation
These capabilities are not part of Alpha today. Alpha feedback directly informs how they are designed. No timelines are promised during Alpha.
Who the Alpha Program Is For (Right Now)
The TheraPrac Alpha Program is designed for:
- Solo providers and small practices (1 to 4 providers)
- Talk therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMHC)
- Somatic practitioners and bodyworkers
- Practices that primarily use self-pay workflows today
- Providers comfortable using early software and sharing feedback
If your practice relies heavily on insurance billing today, you may prefer to wait for a later phase.
