What's Included

25% off Core EHR, every provider. Simple or Clinical — you pay 25% below current list price on Core EHR subscription fees, for every provider on your account, with no cap on the number of providers.

Locked in while you stay subscribed. Your founding rate holds for as long as your practice remains continuously subscribed. It's a percentage off current list price — not a frozen dollar amount — so if list pricing changes, you always pay 25% less than the current rate.

The full platform. Scheduling, clinical documentation, client portal, e-prescribing, telehealth, insurance billing, and TheraPrac Pay — the same platform, at your founding rate on the Core EHR.

Straightforward on everything else. Telehealth, TheraPrac Pay, and Insurance Billing subscriptions are billed at standard rates — no waivers, no surprises. The 25% applies to your Core EHR subscription.

2. Get your invite. We'll send an invite code and your founding-rate details.
3. Set up your practice. Accept the Private Beta Program Agreement at signup and add your providers.
4. Keep your rate. Stay subscribed and your 25% founding rate stays with you.
